Literacy Volunteers of Clinton County, Inc. was founded in 1972.  We provide one-on-one tutoring for both basic literacy and English language learners. Our mission is to empower residents throughout the county who seek to improve their literacy skills, including reading, writing, and speaking, as well as math and computer skills.
